Integrated pass boxes for hospital cleanrooms

For the construction of a central pharmacy in a hospital, we were asked to integrate active and passive

passboxes into the walls of the cleanroom. The challenge lay in seamlessly integrating these units, including the finishing above and below the passboxes, so that everything forms a cohesive whole within the strict cleanroom environment.

Inoxytech fully integrated the pass boxes into the cleanroom walls and also carefully worked out the

cladding above and below the units. For the finish of pass boxes, pre-coated aluminum or steel sheet can be chosen, depending on the application. All pass boxes were designed and produced according to the applicable regulations and thoroughly tested before delivery to ensure proper operation.

The result is a neatly finished cleanroom wall where all components fit together perfectly. The solution

guarantees a safe and controlled material flow, with maximum hygiene and efficient operation within the hospital environment.
